participating in a triathlon, we have a 12 week
structured training program available for a cost
of just $12 (Australian) per week!
Specifically written for beginners wishing to
participate in an Olympic Distance race, the program
includes plenty of tips and tricks and is ideal
should you be considering tackling the next Noosa
Triathlon as your first Olympic Distance Race.
This program suits those wishing to ‘dip
their toe in’ and also includes the basics
in relation to nutrition, equipment, recovery
and preparing for your first race.
