Our June Camp brought a new theme to
our Noosa Tri Training Camps - the 'set
up your next seaosn' camp held over 5
days and incorporated sports testing done
in the way of feild tests for bike and
run to find each campers Lactate Threshold
Heart rates (LTHR).
A bit more class room work was also added
to explain the planning process of working
out the training year, the phases your
year should incorportate and education
about the Heart Rate training zones. Stand
alone clinics in Nutrition, Sport Psyche,
Injury prevention and body maintenace.
Yoga for triathletes was also included
plus the Zipp Wheel Clinic and demo ride
on select wheels. On top of this a good
dose of training over the 5 days including
a race to finish the weekend which turned
on spectacular winter weather.
Each camper also went away with personalised
info on technique, thier own Heart rate
zones to train to and a great camp kit
including 2XU Compression socks, Camp
/ MSC bike Jersey, Enervit Nutrition products
and samples, Aussie giveaways and vouchers
from Le Cyclo Sportif and Allez Sport
retail stores.
